get the kittykatt, its like motor purr product, power steering tune up, itll lube the bushings,condition the seals and evaporate so no need to change the fluid out after. they make auto trans wonder cure as well. they work what can i say. now if it were i, id check the flow control valve for debris, make sure the pulley had no dirt and grease and alignment was crystal. usually a groan or ford morning sickness is caused by foaming fluid caused by air leaks or just to many detergents etc. not to often is it bad (detergents) oil, just foaming from air leak on the feed side of the pump so the demand pressure has minute bubbles that when passed through restricted passages causes an impact noise as well as a very slight jerky feel. like a soda, when you apply minute gas to liquid under pressure, it takes a while for the liquid to release the gas. remember its not a single chem. makeup, its complex with air or under pressure water and it dont mix well. in a very humid climate itll fry your bearings.

All you can do is put what the manufacturer suggests in the PS pump….. nothing else to do besides replacing the pump.

Try Prestone Power Steering Fluid with Lucas Oil Stabilizer or Lucas Power Steering Fluid treatment. Make sure whatever Power Steering Fluid you get is approved for or tested on Chrysler/Dodge cars. Dodges don't use ATF for the power steering fluid.
